HEAR FROM OUR CLIENTS

  • “Chelsea helped me to wade through a lot of confusion when it came to understanding what my body needed, and how to meet my needs in a loving, positive way. She taught me how to think about food in a way that was health conscious, while also prioritizing freedom and joy with food. She gave me really valuable guidance and insights into nutritional support for PCOS and pre-diabetes. I now feel well prepared to navigate life with PCOS and eating disorder recovery. And I've built new habits that make food feel so much easier and safer for me. I'll also say that Chelsea does an amazing job of holding emotionally safe space. She was so compassionate for my multi-layered process of eating disorder recovery and was so affirming. I highly recommend her!”
